This particular program Is designed for women who are already relatively slim but want to push things further. We’ll be going through some tough exercises which will need to be done regularly in combination with a strict diet plan to get you the body you always dreamed of!
A starting body fat percentage of around 20% or less is a requirement for this program.
What can you expect from this program?
You’d be surprised. Girls on film and television who have solid physiques spend an awful lot of time lifting weights and doing all the things that one would expect only guys do.
This may challenge your notion of how to get in great shape, so be prepared!
Your diet will also be very important but don’t worry, as with everything the whole thing can be a gradual process if need be. We can go at your pace just as long as it’s enough of a pace to get results.
So how will we achieve this?
My teacher and mentor trained Diane Youdale also known as ‘JET’ from the UK TV show Gladiators. In fact we both attended (albeit at different times) courses at GB Fitness. So the same kind of knowledge that got her physique looking so stunning has been passed down through that knowledge base.
It’s based on bodybuilding techniques which are just toned down enough to selectively accentuate certain parts of the body, to firm up and slim at the same time.
What we do depends on your goals and tastes but here’s a few things we’ll look into:
- Focusing primarily on the muscles of the glutes and thighs to create great curves that defy gravity!
- Doing a lot of core work so that at lower body fat levels, the abs start to peek out.
- Take a good long look at your diet and get a solid plan under way that will help burn fat and build muscle.
- Start looking into supplements to help accelerate fat burning and optimise health.
- Create a workout regime that suits your schedule.
- Use the latest technology (where affordable) to get precise feedback and results.
As always, it Is key that you follow advice where given. Good results are always dependant on the willingness of the client to push through their comfort zones. To succeed we must work together.
