Who is this program for?
This is aimed for ladies who want to get in shape, learn a few moves and improve their fitness while having fun and getting it all out of their system!
This kind of training is the middle ground between fat loss and weight lifting and trains your fitness primarily. Natrually, through some of the power work we’ll be doing, some muscle firming will take place. Also, due to the general pace of the more cardiovascular work, some fat loss and increase in metabolism can be expected.
So what cool stuff will we do?
I’ve spent around 8 years of my life learning various martial arts including: boxing, thai boxing, kick boxing, karate, wing chun and tai chi.
I’ll teach you some moves and we’ll get to work on the bags and throw in some fast-faced power work in there too.
Here’s a few things you can expect:
- Preliminary warm up and careful stretching so we’re ready!
- Covering the basic moves, whichever you prefer be it kicking, punching, elbowing etc.
- Timed bag-work where you get to unleash your inner fury!
- Focus-pad work for precision hits and timing.
- Rotating intervals with short rest periods in between different exercises so you really have to dig deep!
- Lots of sweat!
This program is mainly for the casual trainer who wants to have fun but dietary advice and body measurements can be put in place if you wanted a better chance at slimming!
