Some people are ok with looking ‘ok’. Some people are ok with looking ‘good’. But some people want to look their best and are prepared to do what it takes to achieve that. Are you one of them?
To get muscle to grow and get down to sub two-digit body fat levels is very hard work and requires dedication and a fair amount of spare time. This is not for the unmotivated individual!
To start this program you should be in reasonable shape to begin with i.e. 15% body fat or less. This can be deduced during an initial free consultation.
You may need an aditional budget for supplements which will aid in muscle growth and fat loss.
What can you expect from this program?
In a nutshell, hard work and great results!
You’ll be on a solid diet of regular weight training, regular but non-intense cardio, power foods and made to watch Rocky movies over and over until you have the ‘eye of the tiger’. Only then can you achieve a glorious physique!
So how will we achieve this?
My teacher and mentor trained a 4 times Mr Universe and has trained many other competitive bodybuilders. I learned from him and am constantly learning new tips and advanced principles to build muscle and burn fat as fast as possible.
Here’s a few things we’ll be doing:
- Assessing your current/previous level of exercise. None is required but results take time.
- Depending on the above, we’ll start by getting you strong and using big, powerful exercises.
- You’ll get a diet plan that will need to be adhered to closely.
- Same thing with a supplement plan, although costs can often dictate that.
- Some cardio will definitely be involved throughout, increasing towards the end.
- Regular assessments to make sure you’re building muscle and burning fat, not vice versa!
