Consulting for fat loss via Skype or phone couldn’t be easier…
Skype makes it particularly easy because it’s free to make audio calls (or video if that is required) and cheap to make international phone calls. Of course we don’t have to use Skype but it’s just a common way to talk long distance.
How does it work?
If you haven’t already, Click here to go to the Skype web site and then download and install it. You’ll then need to create an account.
When you email me we’ll discuss how you can best contact me – usually we’ll give each other our Skype username and then search and add each other.
If you want to book a session you can pay by Paypal.
Then we’ll arrange a time and date to meet up online. Make sure you’re available and logged in at that time and I’ll message you 5 minutes before to make sure you’re ready to go and then I’ll begin an audio call. I feel an audio call is a lot more comfortable when meeting someone online for the first time. Most of the time video isn’t necessary.
How do you help me lose weight or burn fat online?
First I’ll need as much info from you as possible. Ideally a photo as a starting point so I can get a idea for where you are currently.
I may also need a sample food plan of what you’re currently eating and maybe an exercise plan.
When we get online I can run through your diet and exercise regime and point you in the right direction. Or maybe you haven’t done anything before, in which case we can start fresh.
I also advocate a few methods of getting in shape for those who don’t want to go to a gym. It will involve an initial financial outlay but nothing a 6-12 month gym membership wouldn’t pay for! Plus you can always sell off your equipment some day!
We will use spreadsheets and diaries to calculate your food intake and also set goals and talk about mental/emotional blockages that are cropping up along the way which may be preventing you from attaining your goals.
We even get to talk about healthier ways you can eat yummy foods. I have a ton of recipes that satisfy cravings but avoid sugar spikes and calorie bombs!
Ultimately you’ll be getting access to years of study and experience to save you months if not years of running in circles trying to get the body you’ve always wanted!
